Can I book catering during winter?
Yes. Tell us your preferred date, location and approximate number of guests. We will discuss a menu and quote with you. Ask about catering.
Are the menu prices also catering prices?
The listed prices are for food truck portions. Catering is quoted separately based on the menu, number of guests and services agreed.
Are all 15 dishes always available?
The selection can vary. For dishes 13, 14 and 15, contact us the week before to ask about availability and pre-ordering.
Do you offer tofu and allergy information?
Dish 9, stir-fried vegetables, can be ordered with tofu; please ask for the price. Tell us about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering so we can discuss ingredients and possible adjustments.
